Guarantee
All jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials upon delivery. If the jewelry fails and examination reveals it was due to negligence on my part, I will repair or replace the item at no additional charge.
Delivery
I ship within 1 day of payment received. Parcels will be sent first class with insurance and delivery confirmation. To USA approximately 5 working days, Europe 7 working days, Asia and Middle East 10 working days, Africa 10 working days Australia 12 working days.
For personal request
Processing takes two days, creating your own unique design takes me 3 days.
You will receive your personalized item within 2 weeks. There is a 10.00 Euro handling fee added to any item price I make specifically for you. If you would like me to create a unique piece of jewelry for you or for a friend, please let me know by email. I will send you a photo of the item within 3 days and a quote. Please note, I reserve the right to duplicate any personal request.
If for any reason you decide to cancel production of the item or return the item after paying, you can receive a full refund less a 20.00 Euro handling fee and shipping costs.shipping and handling.

Refunds and exchanges
If you receive a damaged item, please return it and I will refund your payment I accept returns if contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn or damaged when returned and sent in the same packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and delivery confirmation. Packaging
Each item you purchase will be placed in a designer box with a logo"Sirena "on top of the box. The jewelry box is then placed in sufficient padding tokeep your purchase safe during shipping.
